Terms of Service

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

By enrolling in or using any aspect of That1 Quantum Expansion (“Quantum Expansion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not purchase, join, or participate in the program.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Member,” “you,” “your”) and People Building Inc., doing business as That1 Quantum Expansion, a company organized under Maryland law. These Terms supersede and void any prior agreements relating to this program.

1. MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT

Membership is ongoing and billed monthly (or annually if selected). To cancel, you must provide 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing cycle. Failure to provide notice will result in continued billing until the notice period is satisfied.

2. INVESTMENT AND PURPOSE

Your investment grants you access to the Quantum Expansion group, it's network and the unique experiences curated within. This is not a transaction for guaranteed services or results; it is an investment in proximity, connection, growth, and transformation.

3. INCLUDED MEMBER BENEFITS

As a member, you gain access to:

- Weekly high-level calls focused on performance, mindset, relationships, wealth, health, and strategy.

- 2 to 4 live experiential events per year designed to stretch your comfort zone, strengthen bonds, and activate new breakthroughs.

- Connections to high-level deal flow, investors, and elite opportunities.

- Strategic visibility and promotional opportunities via That1 platforms.

- Access to exclusive WhatsApp channels for real-time collaboration, support, and conversation.

- Direct proximity to a network of high performers committed to going further, faster.

4. FOUNDING MEMBER PERKS (FIRST 30 MEMBERS ONLY)

- 50% discounted founding rate for life as long as membership remains active.

- Revenue share opportunities on future group growth.

- Priority access to all events and special projects.

- Advisory input into the evolution and structure of the group.

- Recognition across That1 channels as a Founding Member.

- First right of refusal for VIP upgrades and initiatives.

5. EVENTS AND PARTICIPATION

Attendance at live or virtual events is encouraged but not mandatory.

Missed attendance does not warrant a refund, partial or full.

6. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the high-value nature of this container and immediate access to private resources, all payments are final and non-refundable.

7. CONTRIBUTION TO IMPACT

10% of all Quantum Expansion proceeds are donated to Paul Hutchinson’s Child Liberation Foundation, supporting the rescue and healing of children worldwide.

8. CONDUCT AND INTEGRITY

This is a powerful environment built on trust, respect, and confidentiality.

Disruptive, unethical, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the group without refund.

9. NO GUARANTEES

That1 Quantum Expansion does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or earnings. All transformations depend on your participation, effort, and personal circumstances.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly agree that your participation is at your sole risk. That1 Quantum Expansion, its affiliates, and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, opportunities, or personal injury, arising from your participation.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless That1 Quantum Expansion, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation, actions, or violations of these Terms.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, methods, and content shared within Quantum Expansion—including the PRO Method and other proprietary frameworks—are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content outside of the program without express written consent.

13. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

Your membership does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with That1 Quantum Expansion.

14. NOTICES

All notices to That1 Quantum Expansion must be sent by email to [email protected]. Notices to members will be sent to the email address provided upon enrollment.

15. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Worcester County, Maryland.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and That1 Quantum Expansion and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms as the group evolves. You will be notified of changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
